The Call-Out fee is $85 (CBD≤40KM）+ the services ordered = Total Price.
- All site visits require a call-out fee.
- The call-out fee within 5 KM of CBD, only $30.
- You can book multiple services during a single visit.

- All prices include GST.
- A $85 Call Out fee applies to all site visits, except as noted below:
- $30 Call-Out fee for properties within 5 km of Melbourne CBD OR Epping Sydney.
- Properties over 40 km from Melbourne CBD or Epping Sydney may incur tolls or a per-kilometre charge. Contact us for details.
- The Call Out fee is charged for each site visit.
- Any required paid parking costs will be passed on to the customer. Please provide Visitor Parking if possible.
- Multiple services can be booked per Call Out, depending on scheduling.
- If all services cannot be performed during the scheduled time, an additional call-out and fee may be required.
